In an effort to streamline the MVR and Criminal Record history request process for our members, MMTA has moved the order process online. The new process allows our members to easily and efficiently order MVR’s and Criminal Record requests through our website in the program/services link: MVR & Criminal Records Orders – MMTA without having to reach staff by phone in order to process the request.
Orders will be processed daily as they are received and returned to members by email. Members can choose to order up to 5 MVR or CR’S directly in the online form, or can download the pertinent template and submit the excel spreadsheet via LeapFile – our secure file exchange service.
Also provided on our online site are resources for our members regarding the Fair Credit Reporting Act and the obligations under the law when making the request.
