August 28,2023 – Written Comment Deadline

  • If you have not already submitted comments but wish to do so, this is your last opportunity for submission.

MMTA has been heavily involved in the Mainers for Smart Energy Coalition – a group that is growing by the day.  Which is to say that other industry groups and businesses realize the detrimental impact of Maine adopting these California rules would have and it isn’t just the trucking industry going at it alone.  The MFSE Coalition will be submitting comments to the BEP that will augment the comments MMTA will be submitting – both at the hearing and in writing.

We want to thank MMTA members who have already been engaged on this issue and encourage everyone to reach out to us to get involved.
