Commercial drivers need not register to enter New Brunswick nor do they need to offer proof of vaccination.

Registration and proof of vaccination before entering the Province

5(1) Subject to subsection (2), before entering the Province, an eligible person who is a resident of the Province, resident of any province or territory of Canada other than New Brunswick or a resident of a country other than Canada shall register their travel with the New Brunswick Travel Registration Program and provide the New Brunswick Travel Registration Program with one of the following proofs:

  1. proof of vaccination against COVID-19 in accordance with paragraph 6(1), (b) or (c), as the case may be, or
  2. proof of medical exemption in accordance with paragraph 7(1)(a), or (c), as the case may be.

5 (2) Subsection (1) does not apply if the eligible person is driving a commercial vehicle
