The Trust’s Annual Membership Meeting has been scheduled for September 22, 2020 at 9am via Zoom Webinar. While gathering in person would be preferred, holding this required meeting virtually will allow all members, regardless of their distance to Augusta, to participate. We also hope members will gather their entire safety team to participate in this webinar – claims management, safety managers, human resources – the information will be helpful to anyone in your organization with a role in workplace safety.
As has been the case in past years, attendance will be mandatory for each member to have at least one representative from their company on the webinar. Those who are unable to be represented on the webinar must send a letter to the Trust’s office with their explanation prior to the event. However, there should be little in the way of making the meeting since it is set to last no more than an hour and all you will need is access to a device with internet service – no camera and no microphone required.
Registration for the meeting is required and must be done prior to 3pm on Monday, September 21st. To register online, please fill out the form below. Once you fill out the online form, you will receive a confirmation email with instructions.
PLEASE NOTE: The Trust’s Annual Membership Meeting is only open to MMTA Workers’ Compensation Trust members. The confirmation email you will receive will contain instructions for you to connect to the meeting and is unique to you. During the meeting, if there are participants on the webinar that are not recognized, registered or are duplicated, we will remove those participants from the meeting. If more than one person from a member company would like to join the webinar on separate devices, please register each person separately.
