          $145.00/attendee for non-members

Price includes HAZMAT Regulations (Handling Hazardous Materials) and lunch.

The deadline for registration is one week prior to seminar.

Cancellation Policy
: Substitute registrants can be named at any time. Although not required, advanced notice is requested in order for MMTA to change names on the certificate of training. You may also transfer your application to a future MMTA training session, if scheduled, with at least two full business days notice. A full refund will be given with at least 2 business days notice. Notice of less than 2 business days will result in a full refund less $25. If you do not cancel or attend, you will be responsible for the entire payment.
